For this week’s theme, Ailsa at ‘Where’s my Backpack’ chose to take a walk on the wild side, she has shared some wild weather, wild life and wild flowers. For my contribution this weak I thought I would share some local wild life as well. My first picture is of a local Falcon sitting atop a light pole, this was taken close to the house at Huaypo Lake.
My next picture was taken at the archeological site of Moray and is a pair of eagles soaring overhead.
The next two shots are of Cara Cara’s, the first one was taken on the ridge overlooking Huarocondo and is of a single Cara Cara sitting on the edge of the road.
This second shot is of an adult and juvenile Cara Cara with the adult just taking flight.
My last picture is slightly different, this one is of someone enjoying the wild life so to speak, and shows them taking a dive off what we have been told is the highest bungee platform in South America.
